Dashboard TV  
  A television placed in the dashboard of your car or similar vehicle.  

This is probably the first reference to this idea.

Walter pushed aside the safety rail and jumped from the disc, down the three steps of the grapple and onto the ashes and cinders of the parking lot. In the gloom of early evening he could make out his wife's car; Betty sat watching the dashboard tv, oblivious of him and the silent struggle between the red-haired Naturalist and the gray-haired Purist.

The same idea was used the following year by Kornbluth and Pohl in The Space Merchants (1956):

Foyle got into his car and started it up. The dashboard television screen came to life, showing a map of the city with his present location highlighted. He punched a button and the map was replaced by a weather forecast.

I think that PKD would like the way that this Kenwood indash television receiver screen extrudes itself from the dashboard.
