Navman Spirt TV Satellite Navigation Dashboard TV
The new Navman Spirit TV is being billed as the first satnav with built-in TV. It will come in both 4.7 inch screen and a "massive" 7 inch screen model.

Mounted to your car's dashboard, it will give you a choice between finding out where you are going and finding out who did it on your favorite detective show.
Unfortunately (or fortunately, as the case may be) for US drivers it will only be usable in the UK; the TV tuner uses the Freeview digital terrestrial television license in the United Kingdom.
The idea of having TV you can watch in your car has been around for a while ; consider Philip K. Dick's dashboard TV from his 1955 story The Chromium Fence:
