"Money to me is freedom, and freedom is essential. Money allows me to say that I will now devote my life to being me, rather than putting on my shoes and tie, and going to an office every day."
- Robert Silverberg

Robot Bus
An autonomous vehicle to transport groups of people.

Buses without drivers moved close to the curb and stopped at intervals. The lamp posts gave a different sort of light...

He hopped one of the robot buses when it stopped and wanted a cigarette. He was inactive for the first time since his escape, but his nerves werenít.

Nobody in the bus was smoking. He hadnít seen anybody smoking.
