WINE Spacecraft To Extract Water From Asteroids
The WINE (World Is Not Enough) spacecraft program seeks to develop a method of extracting water from asteroids for use as a propellant.

Fans of Golden Age great Raymond Z. Gallun of course recall the atom-driven drill from the ominously-named story Asteroid of Fear:
