Foldy is a robot that folds laundry according to your most precise specifications. Once you have given Foldy the necessary instructions for folding laundry, it uses a ceiling-mounted camera to do the job right.
Foldy is apparently capable of autonomous laundry folding, which is more than I can say for either of my children.
Science fiction fans have, of course, long been inured to a bright (and crisply folded) future in which Philip K. Dick's handicloset takes care of clothing all by itself, and Frederik Pohl's butler robot takes care of all of your personal needs (even wearing your clothing, if need be, to break it in).
