Vietnam To Have Full Biometric Transparency
Vietnam is the first major country to go full biometric transparency. The country with a population of 100 million will go full biometric transparency in 2025.

In 1939, Eric Frank Russell described an identification ring that contained the most highly detailed biometric information known at the time.
Fans of science fiction writer Jack Vance may recall the tri-type record from The Houses of Iszm, published in 1954.
