Challenges Of Two-Armed Robots
There are plenty of two-armed robots in science fiction, but how can their individual arms work together to accomplish standard tasks?

( Jingzhe | Challenges and prospects of dual-arm robots
Original )
ALOHA has two robotic arms that can operate together and can complete many complex tasks that require the cooperation of both hands, such as Cook egg-shrimp, pour water and remove tablets, hang clothes on hangers, etc. These videos seem to indicate that robots can replace humans in most tasks and enter family life...
So compared to single-arm operation tasks, what are the main aspects of the difficulty of studying dual-arm tasks? Among them, the main difficulty lies in the ability of the two robotic arms to work together when handling target objects . In order to complete designated tasks, robots usually need to control two robotic arms at the same time to operate different targets, and ensure a high degree of cooperation and collaboration between the target operations of the two robotic arms. For example, in an assembly task, when one hand grasps and fixes a part as a base, the other hand needs to grasp another part, turn the part to the appropriate angle to be assembled, and finally install the part to the base part
