Shine On, Portable Wind Turbine
Shine is a portable wind turbine created by Aurea Technologies. It sets up in just two minutes and can fully charge your phone in 20 minutes more, weighing only as much as your laptop.
I think that John Jacob Astor saw personal wind turbines as a possible future in his 1894 story A Journey In Other Worlds:
Sometimes a man has a windmill on his roof for light and heat; then, the harder the wintry blasts may blow the brighter and warmer becomes the house, the current passing through a storage battery to make it more steady.
