Tesla Electric Automatobus Prototype Spotted?

An interesting vehicle was spotted at the Oakdale SuperCharger in Minnesota. Is this a Tesla prototype?

Probably the best evidence is that there are no vehicles other than Teslas able to use SuperChargers; they don't permit others to use their network in the United States.

If it's a Tesla, it uses Tesla's operating system and batteries, so it's a good guess that it would be autonomous as well. So, that makes Isaac Asimov fans happy, given his prediction of autonomous buses, which he called automatobuses in his remarkable 1953 short story Sally
