LS3 AlphaDog Robot Marine Corps Video
The LS3 'AlphaDog' robot under development at Boston Dynamics was put through its paces a few days ago by the US Marine Corps in Hawaii.

SF readers have been waiting for quadruped robotic helpers, thanks to Anthony Boucher's 1951 short story The Quest for Saint Aquin:
He... took his first opportunity to inspect the robass in full light.
