BaR2D2 Mobile Bar
BaR2D2 is a radio-controlled mobile bar that brings your beverage, along with a certain amount of sfnal chic, right to you. The creation of Jamie Price, who took just five months to make the robot in his spare time, it has many fine features.
(BaR2D2 video)
A motorized turntable shows the selection, sound-activated neon-lighting; it has a motorized drawer for mixes and a backlit ice bin. Oh, and a drink elevator to bring your brew up to your level. It's motorized chair base takes the drinks to where the people are.
And you thought R2 was cool just carrying a tray, and distributing drinks with a motorized arm, on Jabba's sailbarge.
