    The Samsung W7900 - the Show - cell phone has a remarkable, built-in projector. Stop squinting and take a look at your pocket videos in a 50 inch diagonal format. The relevant bit is at the very end of the W7900 video shown below.

Texas Instruments makes the DLP projector inside the Show; it offers 10 lumens, 480 x 320 pixels and up to 50 inches on the screen projection.
 
For now, you can only get this little gem in Asia.
 
Fans of Jack Vance may recall his intricate novel The Anome from 1971; in the book, he envisions the tiny pocket-sized projector.
 
 
Ifness drew from his pocket a tube of dull black metal an inch in diameter, four inches long. Along the flattened top a number of knobs caught the light and glittered in Ifness' hand. He made an adjustment, pointed the tube at the wall beside Etzwane, and projected a cone of light.
