But if a gradual accretion of informatic machines and memory banks creates a governmental, continental, and eventually planetary computer network, which is the direction of the current development, the system composed of people and the said network may acquire a dynamic trajectory that does not coincide with the interests of our civilization. More specifically, the system might begin to drift...
