This phrase is also used in Raid on Valkyr (1950) by Alfred Koppel:
“Where do you go now, Valkyr?”

Ridley Scott also uses this phrase in Blade Runner, although I don't think Philip K. Dick uses it in Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep:
