| "Re: law expert program found guilty. There's an interesting idea about expert systems and the law in Greg Egan's short story "the moat". In the story, the use of expert systems as legal advisors is prohibited by the legal bar. Ironically they use expert systems to tack lawyers and look for signs that they're outsorcing their work to computers.
