Comments on Trackable Clothing Now Solar Powered
These jackets could come in handy just for regular people traveling in their cars, based on recent events. (Read the complete story)

"I would use trackable designs on the clothes too so that satellites and ground tracking systems could scan the clothes and instantly know where the wearer is. Once the clothes are referenced into computer memory, finding the wearers should be easy. I'm surprised Osama bin Laden hasn't been scanned into computers for tracking since he is easy to reference. We could know at this moment where he was as long as he didn't travel underground or in vehicles to conceal his identity and where he is. A satellite grid system that would be used for a satellite defense system would divide the planet into grids so that objects and people can be tracked better. If a plane goes down in a mountanous region, as long as it has a transponder, the grid system will know where the plane is so that the passengers can be rescued sooner if there are any survivors. Children wearing transponders will be nearly kidnap-proof. If a transponder is removed, the grid system will detect the removal and scan to reference so that the person can be followed, if possible. As long as his image has been scanned for memory, he could be kept track of easier so that the police can find him much sooner. "
