| "Here is a suggestion. Amplify the glands responsible for the so-called ESP in humans. Pituitary, and peneal glands. After amplifying the signals from these glands, you would have to focus the signals into a transmitter. that beems via radio waves, or what ever wave the brainwaves travel, to be received by the other person wearing the apparatus transmitting and receiving the signals. As a psychologis, and rather conservative as well, I fail to see solid evidence that these phenomenon are capable of being set into a control group.
