"This actually NOT an OLED based screen ... It's an LCD screen which has been made thinner by putting OLED lighting around the edges instead of one massive back-light. This is still a transmissive LCD display with all the drawbacks of LCD, namely poor contrast ratio. A true OLED display can display true black. This one can't."
