"I myself am feeling the effects of potential diplacement. I live in Grants Pass, Oregon which I allege is home to depraved and clandestine Human science experimentation on non-consensual People. This is manifests as the surreptious implanting of microchips and then placing Persons in "incommunicado isolation" and then subjecting them to continual bombardment from subliminal RF microwave weaponry. In addition to this various socio-economic pressures (contrived to "keep money away from a subject") utilized to apply even more psychological torment. These threats to tenancy claerly aren't as devasting as the actual loss of property suffered by the victims of Katrina but it very well could be. "
