MarsCat and MetaCat, Your Robot Cat Companions
Sure, you know all about robotic dogs, but how about acquiring a robot cat for the new year?

(MarsCat)
MarsCat is the first realistic robotic cat in the world powered by AI. The 16 motor joints, multiple sensors, and cameras make it can communicate with people through images, register touch, recognize faces and play with toys. Also, it can meow and change the eyes' status when we touch it or call its name. Moreover, the built-in Raspberry Pi system and AI habit-building algorithms provide MarsCat with an autonomous living system, so it can move like a real animal instead of a robotic cat that can only receive and execute commands.

( MetaCat: Smart Robot Cat )
metaCat has high simulation fur and smooth and friendly skin as a lifelike robotic pet cat. With AI support, metaCat can interact with people like a real animal, and it is the solution for people who like cats but are allergic to wool.
With dynamic eyes, high-quality soft fur, realistic meows, and purrs, metaCat is an interactive lifelike robot pet and a perfect companion pet for seniors and children
As far as I know, the first reference to "robot cat" in science fiction in a 1946 short story by Raymond F. Jones, although it is really not a fully mechanical cat.

('The Cat and the King' by Raymond F. Jones)
"So I was right, Robert. It was you who betrayed me — you and your robot cat.”
“Betrayed, Jason? I would hardly call it that. Salvation — for a whole world — would be better. But robot, did you say?” The scientist laughed suddenly. “I’m afraid Old Tom resents that.”
The cat had risen now as Robert Cartwright released the straps. Its back arched at the sight of Jason’s face. He snarled and clawed the air. ‘‘You must have mistreated Old Tom. He doesn’t like you.” Jason’s eyes grew wilder. “You mean he isn’t a robot? Then, how — No! Robert, I’ll never believe you tricked me into coming here with merely a live cat. My office was spied upon, my secret papers . . , and the Xrays — ”
"Yes, Old Tom did it all right,” said Robert. “But he’s still no robot. He’s alive...
“It wasn’t simple, but the Venusians figured it out after I showed them what I wanted. The useless parts of the cat’s brain were removed as were other nonessential organs or portions of organs. In their place were built tiny masterpieces of electronic equipment. To the cat’s optic nerves were connected visual recorders, to his ears, audio instruments. And all that he saw and heard was impressed upon infinitesimal records.
