"This is similar to the concept of "sousveillance" ("sous" is French for "from below" ---- opposite of "sur" which means "from above", i.e. sousveillance being opposite of surveillance). Back in the late 1970s and early 1980s I built a number of systems for this. Later, around 1994, started webcasting live video.
