I Really Want A Folding Computer

Fans of science fiction writer William Gibson will also be impressed; in his 1986 novel Count Zero, Gibson wrote about an amazing cell phone with a screen that unfolded like a butterfly's wings:
He took an elegant modular unit from the bag and placed it in front of her. A paper thin polycarbon screen unfurled silently from the top of the unit and immediately grew rigid. She had once watched a butterfly emerge into the world, and seen the transformation of its drying wings. 'How is that done?' she asked, tentatively touching the screen."

Lenovo actually put out a folding computer last year, the amazing Lenovo Thinkpad Fold X1. Unfortunately, the software was not up to par, but it's great hardware.
Update 20-Apr-2022: Although this is more pocket-sized, consider the Folding Computer Terminal from The Merchants of Souls (2002) by John Barnes:
The customers looked up, saw the Occitan costume, stared at me for half a breath, and went back to their food or conversations. A few pulled out computer terminals from their pockets, unfolded them like handkerchiefs, and made a quick entry.
