Retrotastic Mobile Office Of The Future

A mobile office for the twenty-first century? James Mower, a British designer, has disdained the usual laptop-based versions of this concept, and has come up with some ideas for nomadic workers.

(Mower relocatable mobile office concept)

"The new innovation will allow organisations to save money as they can deploy their mobile office at prime locations without having to rent expensive rooms. James is proposing that by using the built-in GPS system, his futuristic mobile office will allow consultants to agree GPS co-ordinates with clients, so that they can meet at the new office. Granted, if one of your clients is based in Central London your mobile office is likely to be issued with a hefty parking fine."
(From The mobile office of the future)

To his credit, Mower has taken a somewhat more optimistic view of this concept; compare with the future of office technology concept developed in Terry Gilliam's 1985 movie Brazil.
