The Sheep Look Up In Beijing

It appears that there are problems with air pollution in Beijing, China.

In 1972, John Brunner published The Sheep Look Up, one of the great dystopian sf novels. In the story, government (as sponsored by corporations) has created a situation in which the pollution in big cities has reached such extreme levels that everyone's health is adversely affected.

Seems like China is experiencing a dystopian future of its own.
