Moonbell Generates Lunar Music
Moonbell generates musical compositions based on lunar topographic data gathered as Japan's Kaguya probe orbited the moon this past year.
In Orbit Play Mode, Moonbell generates music according to a selected orbit. As you listen, the satellite viewpoint traverses the lunar surface, moving slowly to the far side of the moon. You can rotate the moon to see the back if you want; you can also choose among the satellite's orbital paths.

Moonbell also offers a Free Scratch Mode in which the user selects a path across the lunar surface; the program plays the music in a loop based on topographic data.
The user also can set a variety of preferences; you can even choose among musical instruments. At present, I'm listening to Moonbell lunar vibraphone music from Copernicus.
