Conductive Bodypaint Skin Circuitry
Conductive bodypaint or ink that can safely be applied directly to the skin could get us much closer to all kinds of science-fictional devices.

The formulation is carbon based and water-soluble: skin-safe and non-invasive. It may be applied in a number of ways including brushing on, stamping or spraying and has future potential for use with conventional printing processes on the body.
For example, you could start with these non-conductive circuit tattoos and paint them over with conductive bodypaint, punching in the various components as piercings.
