Comments on Your Chemical Wake Up
Science fiction fans have asked for it - now you've got it - a fictional wake up pill. (Read
the complete story)
"I like the "good-for-you headliners." If they're willing to say that, they should realize that stuff like alcohol and caffeine is also good for you, in moderation. There is an incredible amount of things that are good for the average person in the right amounts. Looking the nutrional info provided (http://www.wakeupontime.com/ingredients.html), I see that there's enough vitamin B12 for 45.6 years. Somehow, I don't think overloading you with these vitamins is healthy. Their "premium energy blend" contains about 65 mg of caffeine, about the same as an average cup of instant coffee (http://www.cosic.org/background-on-caffeine). Gee, I wonder how it works?. And wouldn't a cup of coffee do the same thing? And even more; "Free of harmful artificial additives." Does that mean microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose phthalate, and iron oxide (otherwise known as "rust") are not harmful, or do they just find natural sources?"
