"My first two responses would be thus: 1) Ethical quandary? Like, would someone replace a perfectly fine arm for a better one? Why didn't they touch on that? 2) This most of all reminded me of Ghost in the Shell. At the end of the movie, the Major rips herself apart while exerting her body beyond it's structural integrity.
