Thync Mood Alteration Like PKD's Mood Organ

Thync is a small device worn on the temple by the user and controlled by smartphone. The app generates mood shifts called "Vibes" producing relaxation or alertness.

Neurosignaling uses electronic or ultrasonic waveforms to signal neural pathways in the brain. When specific pathways are stimulated, they trigger a shift in your state of mind or energy level.

Founded on decades of research and results using transcranial pulsed ultrasound (tPU), transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) and other transcranial electrical stimulation (tES) methods, Thync elevates these breakthroughs in neuroscience to a new place in lifestyle technology.

We have developed proprietary neurosignaling waveforms that target neural pathways via a mechanistic triad:
• BRAIN: prefrontal and frontoparietal brain regions
• NERVES: sensory fibers of cranial nerves
• MUSCLE: neuromuscular fibers

Thync Vibes are intelligent waveforms delivered via neurosignaling. Vibes are targeted to specific neural pathways using advanced bio-materials engineered to achieve optimal results.

You select Vibes on-demand for your shift to an energized, relaxed or focused state.

Thync Vibes are the result of years of development by Thync neuroscientists and extensive test sessions with thousands of people.

Thync technology employs energy levels within the normal range of brain activity and we work with the FDA to assure product safety. Over 1,000 peer-reviewed published studies across more than 20,000 sessions further support the safety of our approach.

Users of this device claim that it actually works, and that the science is solid.

Readers of Philip K. Dick recall the mood organ from his 1968 novel Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep:

At his console he hesitated between dialing for a thalamic suppressant (which would abolish his mood of rage) or a thalamic stimulant (which would make him irked enough to win the argument).

"If you dial," Iran said, eyes open and watching, "for greater venom, then I'll dial the same."
