Farmigo For Nascent Darknet Farms
Farmigo is a community supported agriculture system that helps farmers connect with their local communities to supply them with fresh, organic produce and meat.
Farmigo makes use of the Internet to provide farmers with the ability to communicate directly with their customers and provide them with the latest information and software. Take a look at this short demonstration video.

This sounds a lot like what Daniel Suarez is talking about in his latest book, Freedom. In the novel, farmers can participate in a network that allows them to obtain and share information about sustainable farming and connect their efforts directly to the needs of their local communities.
The system imposes a game-like system of augmented reality tags ("Call-outs") to people and objects, creating a darknet farm (or D-net farm).
Fossen turned into the farm's long gravel driveway. There was an ornate D-space 3D object in the shape of a cornucopia bursting with vegetables and fruits hanging above the entrance. It was labeled Fossen Farm.Dogs with D-space call-outs above them ran out, barking to greet the truck...
Fossen pointed toward a group of half a dozen people not far off - men and women of various ages and ethnicities at the edge of a large vegetable garden. They all had D-space call-outs above them... Fossen nodded to the edge of the property. "... Every other darknet farm in this holon is working for the same thing. Regional energy and food independence. We rely on Greeley for our critical manufactured goods - printed electronics, micromanufactured precision equipment, tools, software. They, in turn, rely on us, along with the other farms, to provide their food and raw materials."
