Gundam Robot Slippers Have Giant Mech Sound
Don't try sneaking downstairs in these Gundam slippers for a midnight snack.

(Gundam slippers)
They make the same sound as the giant Gundam robots. Or at least as much of the same sound as you can make powered by 4 AA batteries.
And yes, you can get them by Valentine's Day for $44.95.
I don't think I know of any boots or shoes that make sounds in any science fiction stories. I can think of a variety of shoes in sf; magnetic-soled shoes (Leinster), digital running shoes (Sterling), stillsuit desert boots (Herbert), motorized combat boots (Stross), magnetized boots (Wellman)... it's not like I don't have references for footgear. I guess you could put a sky-scoot on them.
