The thermochromatic ink changes color when the temperature exceeds a threshold value; each element represents an hour in the coming week. The purple will light up as you get busier.
This is just the thing for conveying your overall plan in meetings. And, it reminds me of the prime radiant, that ultimate in office meeting technology from Isaac Asimov's '50's classic Second Foundation:
