|"I think that the four-wall TV parlor is a horrible idea. This is the reason why I thought that Mildred (Montag's wife) was a robot at the beginning of the book. She was so electronic. I mean, she refered to the parlor as her family and did nothing but stay in the parlor or listen to music on her seashells. I think that is sick. But, that is what the world is coming to now. We are more wound up with technology than we are with friends."|
