Jerry E. Pournelle, Ph.D., earned his Bachelors in Psychology and Mathematics, his Masters in Experimental Statistics and Systems Engineering, and his Doctorates in Psychology and Political Science. He is a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of science, and of the British Interplanetary Society. He wrote the lead column for BYTE for 20 years. His website (which might well be the web's first blog), is here. He has written many fine novels with Larry Niven.
