Otto Oscar Binder (b. 1911 - d. 1974) was an American writer of science fiction stories and comic books, born in Bessemer, Michigan. He was the co-creator of Supergirl comics, and made many contributions of original ideas. He often co-authored with his brother Earl Andrew Binder using the clever (cringey) pseudonym Eando Binder.
