Fantastic Voyage (Novel) by Isaac Asimov:

The novelization of the 1966 movie Fantastic Voyage was done on contract by Isaac Asimov, but the movie itself was directed by Richard Fleischer and written by Harry Kleiner, based on a story by Otto Klement and Jerome Bixby. The novelization appeared six months before the film came out, so people often think that the movie was based on the book, rather than the reverse. Select an invention:
