Charles Recour is a pseudonym for Henry A. Bott, a science fiction writer and reviewer for Imagination magazine. He also was an assistant editor for Ziff-Davis Publishing in the 1940's.
He wrote a famously scathing review of Asimov's Second Foundation.Select
