Comments on Space Aliens: The 'Mother' Of All Hallucinations?
What do so-called 'abductees' see when they describe that big head alien guy? A psychologist weighs in. (Read
the complete story)
"The Skeptic magazine article is available online in full at:
http://www.skeptic.com/the_magazine/featured_articles/alien_faces.html"
(Kentaro Mori 11/23/2005 7:48:08 AM) |
"Sounds like a copout to me. We humans have already figured everything in the universe out, haven't we? "
(Sigma 11/23/2005 8:42:23 AM) |
"Malmstrom is ridiculous."
(Kenton 11/23/2005 8:54:33 PM) |
"sounds like a load of bollocks. how the hell does he know what a baby sees? i refuse to believe that a baby's vision is so skewed. even people with astigmatism don't see squinty eyes. everything is a blur. things don't get distorted and stretched like that. it's just a blur (i know because my eyes are getting worse)."
(zi 11/25/2005 2:23:28 PM) |
"The above story is trash written by some one whose never been abducted. He knows very little about the subject and needs to read up or shut up. "
(Ann P. Repp 11/28/2005 2:04:12 PM) |
"Interesting idea, but do we even know that such an image is "hardwired" in babies? And is it likely they see their mothers as pale gray? "Further investigation is warranted" makes sense. "[B]elieve systems have been severely shaken by this revelation[sic]" is silly."
(Jupiter Cronus 11/29/2005 1:05:19 AM) |
"The 'Mother's face' idea is interesting. But I have another theory. Hasn't it occurred to anybody besides me that the classic 'little gray men' of most alien encounters look an awful lot like a fetus in the womb? I'm thinking there's something very primal going on in the minds of people who believe they've encountered aliens."
(Deb 11/29/2005 9:09:51 AM) |
"i want to more information to aliens"
(himanshu 12/2/2005 2:15:25 AM) |
"its amazing. there r no words to descibe it
"
(shravan 12/6/2005 9:24:03 AM) |
"i see same think in iraq"
(anas 12/8/2005 9:32:56 AM) |
"that is crazy.. how did you know that.. are you an intelligent alien too?"
( 6/28/2006 1:06:10 PM) |
"this mess is crazy as i don't no wat.."
( 6/28/2006 10:51:09 PM) |
