Comments on Let's Pizza Robotic Pizzeria
More tasty food made by robotic minions is on the way; take a look at the video to see if Let's Pizza meets your standards. (Read the complete story)

"This was in the times a few weeks ago. Italian Pizzaiolis are dead set against these. I even think Berlusconi spoke out against them http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/world/europe/article5924927.ece"

"When robots make the food you can avoid having viruses and bacteria transmitted through the chef's hands or other uncleanliness in a pizzeria. It overall sounds like a great idea, because each pizza will be made in the same manner, avoiding things like burnt edges on a pizza. Can't wait to get one close my workplace, or actually at work! :)"

"Zac - here's a quote from the article you linked to: "Pino Morelli, head of the Association of Italian Pizzerias, said: "Something that comes out of an automatic machine has nothing to do with Italian pizza. It might be alright for McDonalds and other fast-food chains or for foreign markets like the US, China and India but anyone wanting to eat a real pizza has to go to a traditional pizzeria''." I was also interested in the other comment; I wonder if there are any data about food production in a fully automated environment - is it really cleaner and bacteria-free?"
