"It's the standard Japanese photo booth that has been Photoshopped. Besides being illegal in about 100 different ways, Japanese are way too afraid of alien blood to ever have such a device.

"Even if this turns out to be just a joke, it is not totaly far from the truth. In some contries in Europe automated blood donations are in routine use as automated plasma and platelet donation. Check out Baxter's ALYX machine on the following homepages!!
