Arthur K. Barnes:

Arthur Kelvin Barnes (b. 1909 - d. 1969) was an American pulp writer, known also for his works outside the sf field. He was intermittently active in sf until about 1946, his first published science fiction story being "Lord of the Lightning" for Wonder Stories in December 1931.
