In that game system, certain kinds of "cyberswarm hives" are mass-produced and freely bought for civilian use, with machines already housed inside them. Some cyberswarm hives house machines for massage, while others contain machines that act as children's toys, etc. The cyberswarms are not described as nanomachines, but as being macroscopic in size.
