AS AN EXAMPLE, IF YOU LIVE IN PARIS IN THE YEAR OF 1612, AND IF YOU WANT SOMETHING BETTER THAN CANDLES TO LIGHT YOUR HOUSE, AND IF YOU USE TECHNICAL REMOTE VIEWING TO LOOK FOR A BETTER HOUSE LIGHTING SYSTEM, YOU WILL BE UTTERLY CLUELESS WHILE LOOKING AT AN INCANDESCENT LIGHTBULB. YOU REALLY WIL NOT KNOW THE MATERIALS, YOU WON'T HAVE THE METHODS OF ITS CONSTRUCTION, NOR REALIZE THE NEED FOR A GENERATOR. IT IS MY IMPRESSION THAT BEAM LOKED AT THE HOME LINE POLICE OPRATIONS AND SAW A RELATIVELY HEALTHY SOCIETY, WHJEREAS WHAT I SAW--IF THE SAME THING--HAD A RUTHLESS TENOR, AND WAS HEAVILY TINGED BY AN AGGRESSIVE REICH PROTECTORATE COLOR.
