Jack C. Haldeman

Jack C. Haldeman (1941-2002) wrote more than 100 short works and ten novels in the science fiction genre. He also worked for seven years as a med tech in a shock-trauma unit and three years as part of a research team investigating the greenhouse effect for the US Department of Agriculture. He is the older brother of noted sf novelist Joe Haldeman. As Jack puts it "I have more hair than Joe does, but he has more Hugos. God moves in mysterious ways."
