W.S. Lach-Szyrma:

Wladislaw Somerville Lach-Szyrma (b. 1841- d. 1915) was an Anglican clergyman and author living in the United Kingdom; he wrote a series of stories about interplanetary voyages the first of which were published in the mid-1860's.
