James Patrick Kelly:

James Patrick Kelly (b. 1951) is an American science fiction writer who has won both the Hugo Award and the Nebula Award. He also served on the the faculty for the Stonecoast MFA Program in Creative Writing at the University of Southern Maine and also edits anthologies.
